Netfix is amazing. This app is not. Something with the screen responsive rate is seriously jacked up. I was super excited to see Netflix implement the whole 10-seconds-back/forward like amazon prime. Netflix has WAY better shows. But I have a virtually new tablet and it only reacts to my finger hitting the screen about 65% of the time. Even if I am lucky enough to get the controls to pop up, the "back 10 seconds" button seems to only go back about five. Honestly, if i had a reliable way to just pause and play netflix, this app would be gold. Full Review

All the shows are great, lovely selection of movies and shows. However there's a show called lego ninjago amd its my most favored show on netflix. I finished all the published seasons but when i did 2 more seasons came out. I thought i could just wait for it to appear on here. But its been an entire year since i finished the show. So i ask of you, please update this app so that the 2 new seasons appear. Thats all i ask for. If you read this then please consider updating ninjagos' season list. Full Review

it is a good app but their is hardly any good anime I mean what happened to the classics like Naruto. in Naruto their is only 3 seasons. The show is so addicting. Have you ever seen a show that you are addicted to and then the end of the episode of that season .An example is Naruto does he ever becomes the leader. I stopped being able to stream on my phone after this last update on my Google Pixel. Weird thing is I can use my phone to cast Netflix to my tv but I can no longer just watch Netflix directly from my phone. Whole family is having the issue except for my dad's iPad. Also, this only occurs over WiFi, streams fine on data, yet no other sites or apps are having issues. Bug fix seems in order. Full Review

No longer works after the last update. I've tried on LTE and WiFi, tried rebooting, reinstalling, nothing helped. It says it cant reach the netflix servers check network settings and try again (error 15001). That would be great if it didn't immediately close when i acknowledged the message so i cant get to the settings Full Review

This app used to get five stars now it only gets 3 simply because when you used to tilt the phone on its side the app would rotate this was useful when it made suggestions for movies and shows. Whenever it said " because you watched" and then some TV show or movie name after that it would get cut off when you rotate the screen you could read the rest of it now you can't rotate the screen. This is a great app but raising the cost of premium is just ridiculous.. This is only because we pay quite a lot to use it even though we could just use free websites... This app also doesn't even have some epic films such as harry potter and doesn't upload new releases quickly enough either... Overall you need to improve on uploading movies not just TV series as otherwise you will lose a lot of users including myself. Full Review

After the last update, I am being shown that there are new episodes to TV series, no new episodes can be found in the list. I've had to play the last episode I had watched and fast forward to the end. I don't want to have to do that every time I watch a show. Please fix this and I will give a better rating. I have to restart the app each time I wish to use it, otherwise the chromecast icon won't show up, yet it works splendidly in all other applications. The 'keep watching' tab is too far down, it should be on top of the list, not at like 5th place down. Why on earth did the star ratings get removed? Why is there no IMDb rating system or similar instead of the stupid 'Like' system? Why does it take 30 seconds when casting and only 5 seconds when watching on the phone before another episode starts? I never liked the genre system Netflix forces upon me. Full Review

Update for 7.0 Nougat Samsung Galaxy S6: Doesn't allow me to change profile, or "who's watching," it just gets stuck in a loading screen, endlessly spinning it's loading indicator. I can get out of that by pressing the back button on my phone, however. Also, it would be cool if when I'm using my Chromecast to stream to my tv from my phone, the menu that comes up on the app allowed me to skip intros to shows Full Review

Worst App I've ever subscribed to!! The downloaded it mainly because I was watching Sweet Virginia on gomovies.sc and it was causing a virus on my laptop; disconnecting my cast. I should have searched for the movie before subscribing but felt satisfied and excited nonetheless because after all these years, I finally had Netflix in my home. The next 6 movies I searched, Netflix didn't even have. I won't even continue my subscription.. Canceled, Deleted, Reviewed and forgotten forever!!!!! Full Review

Even if they had half the movies they have, the customer service you receive from these people is top-notch, and worth sticking with. I just had an issue with being short not even 50 cents on my card, and they made it so I got a free month instead, So I didn't lose service for the month, and this is currently my only source of tv & movies, so thank you! People keep trying to get me to leave Netflix, but as long as they continue to go out of their way to keep a customer happy, I'm staying right where I am! Full Review

Few suggestions.. It would be extremely nice to have a 20-30 second forward tab.. There should be a " already watched" or similar option in the app so that i don't keep seeing the same tv series i have ready watched in the popular or some other category .. Pay attention to these please. Full Review

Sure, i love the app, its really good, and has a lot of good shows abd movies on it. But what makes me mad is when they take shows and movies off. Like Black Butler or The Secret Circle. If Netflix is reading this, can you please add them back? And hopefully stop taking away the good shows? You may think no one watches them, but people do. (Also can you please unscramble the Miraculous episodes? None of them are in order, if you could do that it would be great :D) Full Review

For some reason only the first four seasons of Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee show up on my phone but when I access my Netflix account at the gym all 9 show up. Instead of listing season 1-9 it only shows four titles for the four seasons on my phone. Strange and frustrating. The app is updated on my phone so that's not part of the problem. Full Review

Netflix as a service is great but this app is frustratingly hard to navigate. Browsing is always cumbersome. There is no way to sort a list of shows or movies based on rating, date released, tv or movie, genre, etc... They lump all the genres so no matter what you search for you get the same stuff. I don' understand why there are available all kind of weird languages and subtitles like arabic and only God knows of others as I never heared of them but european languages are missing on 99% of the movies like hungarian, german, french and so on.....shame. I looovve Netflix! They have all my favorite tv shows, series & movies. They personalize their recommendations according to the shows I've already watched which I like because it helps find new shows that I wouldn't consider watching otherwise. The only con I have is that they removed one of my all time favorite tv shows & a couple movies. I wish they would keep all the movies & shows they have so you can always go back & watch them. Why did you change the layout of the buttons? It's completely unintuitive and exactly the opposite of the google standard. The menu is at the bottom right instead of top left where it should be. Also, there needs to be a "renew all downloads" option. Renewing them one by one is completely stupid... Like this app. Full Review

Had increasing issues with the app, mainly to do with playing back and downloading of content. Certain episodes will not play while others do. I've downloaded films and find they want play when i have no signal or even at home when streaming over wifi. very disappointing. Full Review

Great app but it's missing a couple of key features for me. First is that there is no option to remove items from the "continue watching" list without having to use a computer and remove from your viewing history (which is a pain). I'd also like to see info on what language a film/program is in before playing it. Nothing worse than playing something to find out it's in a foreign language with subtitles, stopping watching it and then not being able to remove it from the "continue watching" list....... Also a rewind function like the YouTube app would be good - 2 taps on left of screen to rewind 10 seconds, 3 taps for 20 seconds etc. The current option is fixed to 30 seconds.... If these features were included it's a 5* app all the way. Full Review

Their suggestion algorithm is horrible. Used to be great to discover new stuff but now all they do is recycle the same suggestions. As you scroll through the watchlist you pretty much get the same suggestions under different categories. And the worst is the "are you still watching" which pops up every thirty minutes to an hour which gets particularly annoying when you watch on devices such as a Chromecast with no standard remote. Loved this app until just the current update where they have moved the search icon to the bottem of the screen. It would have been alright but without clicking inside the field it does not activate the keyboard so you have to go click on the field which is in top. It's not good design! Full Review
